0eea761b92 Fixes a minor gotcha when selecting View -> Text Size -> Other, then cancel. Checkmark was left on Other instead of being set back on the menuitem it was on before. bug=52971, r=mozbot, a=brendan.

8d01638d7f Fix for bug 49187. ViewSource now emits HTML. The VIEW_SOURCE_HTML #define at the top of nsViewSourceHTML.cpp and nsLayoutDLF.cpp allows us to switch back to XML if necessary. The VIEW_SOURCE_COLORING #define in nsViewSourceHTML.cpp allows us to turn on source coloring. Without source coloring (the default right now), bringing up source is considerably faster. r=harishd

78877af7dd Factored string bundles out of necko. Fixes bug 42107 - need to fix string bundle init workaround. Also bug 40506 - nsIWebProgressListener needs status text. Status messages now work in mozilla and viewer with internationalized and parameterized text! Added temporary error architecture until bug 13423 can be fixed.
