Ongoing work to get Transformiix to build on Windows as a Mozilla component. Not part of the build.

- implemented rint() in NumberFunctionCall.cpp
- Changed String to DOMString in calls to processAttrValueTemplate() in XSLTProcessor.cpp
- Fixed up more windows makefiles.
