61bcbc2473 Fix crashing bug #241466 Approved by jar. This bug currently tag as 4.5 bug but since it is 
a crashing bug, jar approve to check it in. We didn't change the bug Target FIX version
to 5.0 SF1 in because Nova also need to track it.

02d2f8e308 fix CP1251 viewing problem by using 8859_5 font. We may need to 
add better support (decide which font to use  in the init time instead of
compile time) in the future.
