43acfe6cc5 removed widget parameters from nsIView::Init(). added CreateWidget() and SetWidget() 
APIs to replace this functionality. also added CreateScrollControls() to
nsIScrollableView.

7eac0bfdac Separated reflow process out of nsIFrame and into nsIFrameReflow. Also 
added nsIHTMLReflow, which is an HTML specific reflow interface
