4709098516 Minimo only. 1) This allows software keyboard support to be toggled via preferences. 2) Alerting if we ever fail to load a preload lib. 3) Adding the dummy ce softkey menu resource as required by SP. 4) Removing nsInterfaceInfoToIDL.

85c69aa537 including nsBrowserInstance impl. disabling bad cert dialogs on windows. making the win32 build work. adding code that will notify registered observers when during a network load. hiding the SIP button. Workaround SSR / Site SSR confusion.

565283fc8a adjusting preferences. adding a 1mb memory cache. disabling fast back. 
changing default build to be favor speed.
moving ua changes for focus highlight to its own file.
removing background position which seam to alway be an error in minimo.css
added dialog parenting.

f4dce242ee Moving dumpJSConsole pref to when we exit so that we don't have to be an observer. 
Making the softkey listen to preferences so that we can enable and disable it.

f586c429a3 1) Removing plugin, xmlextras, and psm from static build. These soon will be built as dynamic shared objects and loaded on demand. 
2) Removing a assertion because sometime browser.startup.homepage pref isn't defined.
3) adding a load library failure callback for ui display
4) using -Os -Og.  about a 300k win!
5) adding a win32 x86 build option

1fac244890 Minimo only changes.

8b1e01966a Moving (without cvs history) of Minimo to mozilla/minimo. CVS history, if required, can be found in mozilla/embedding/minimo/. Creation of top level directory approved by brendan. MINIMO isn't part of default build
