03efa866b7 Change the way we determine the style context parent frame to skip css anon 
boxes unless we're determining the style context parent for something that is
itself a css anon box (and is not a non-element frame).  Fixes bug 323656
(which is where the patch is), bug 85872, bug 280610.  As far as I can tell,
also fixes bug 317876, bug 372376, bug 374297.  r+sr=dbaron

bd68061f3c Bug 331432. Split nsSVGForeignObjectFrame into a pure SVG frame containing an anonymous block child, to avoid state bit collisions and simplify things. Also fixes configure.in so that foreignObject is really enabled by default in cairo builds. r=tor,sr=bzbarsky

0c66a2052e Make --disable-xul work (bug 69995). We build enough XUL to support 
scrollbars unconditionally, but can now leave out heavyweight widgets like
grid, listbox, and tree.  r=bzbarsky, sr=alecf.
