99e1c93a53 Adding dawn@cannibal.mi.org's mods to add the option to grab file 
and directory descriptions from README.html files. Descriptions of
directories are enclosed by <SPAN CLASS=LXRLONGDESC>...</SPAN> and file
descriptions by <SPAN CLASS=LXRSHORTDESC>...</SPAN>

b324c734a9 Major spankage. Every command that mozbot understands on the public 
channel can now also be sent to it via /msg.  Much code reorg done to
accomplish this.

f527b81530 output key no longer required, silently defaults to most_doomed. 
(people were linking into report.cgi without an output key
specified, this fix prevents perl from squealing.)

4a943aa35d security check for legal products in place. bug charts are not 
available as an option if collectstats.pl has never been run.

d73a35099d changes to tree state (opened, closed) announced, included 
in "tress" output. how many ways can mozbot say hello?
mozillaZine headlines: type "mozbot, mz" or "zine" or
"mozillazine" if you like to type. cleaned up some code,
moved code around. also modified Tinderbox module to use
terry's tinderbox/quickparse hack.

2a812dcccc created reports.cgi which provide an overview of active bugs 
sorted by owner. updated README to reflect my experiences
installing mysql, bugzilla. put links into index.html, query.cgi
to point into reports.cgi. harrison 10/18/98
