f9abb6e3c9 #109291, "document.*Color is empty". 
Fix our DOM color  properties to work like on other browsers. For example, when no body bgcolor is explicitely specified, we will return the default bgcolor instead of just returning null. Same thing with text color, visited link color etc.

94075d45c2 Remove |aForceUnique| parameter from style context resolving methods, and corresponding flag from nsStyleContext, since the only caller was ReResolveStyleContext (on the assumption that other callers used it). bdd0f4956c Added image animation mode constants to imgIContainer.IDL, 
Changed the animation mode enum to PRUint16 (removed the enum) in nsIPresContext so we could use the constants

9b135c4afe Avoid attempting to do CSS selector matching on text nodes, comments, or processing instructions by adding a 'NonElement' style resolution method that assumes that no rules match (temporarily, until we don't have style contexts for text nodes) and by cleaning code that was using textPseudo (the usual case) or passing the text node directly (only a few unusual cases). b=56117 r=hyatt sr=attinasi

ec7aeceee0 Fixes for printing bugs 84017 and 89151. The fix for bug 84017 removes the need for a resize reflow to get form frame values to print. The restoration of these values into the new frame model is done as part of the initial reflow. The fix for bug 89151 gets rid of the extra frame model built and forces printed images to come out of the decoded image cache. r=darinf, heikki, sr=rpotts

b23e7af50b This checkin enables mozilla to support the printing of selection, the printing of page ranges, and 
the printing of headers and footers.
Printing of selection is implemented by the frames figuring out if they are in the selection and painting
if they or not they they don't paint. This also only allows the printing of the first page of
selections, alothough it is well documented where this is implemeted so it can be removed.

c8ab5d1344 Implemented the backend for the following prefs: Override Document colors, Override document fonts, Link and Visited link colors, and Underline links. Provided the ability to disable the preferences as well, so Composer can show changed fonts and colors. 495826cccc nsIPref is no longer passed around through inits on webshell, content viewers and presContext. In places where it is needed, it can be retrieved from the service manager. I removed a number of the getters and setters for prefs as the prefs will be the same from the service manager so we don't need getters. r=waterson a=rickg
