4d678c71be Changed query in nsNavHistoryResultNode::Rebuild() to be a full query bound 
by id instead of URL.
Changed QueriesToQueryString() and QueryStringToQueries() to make the query
string a place: url.

d191a258f2 Fix bug 319559: dragging a bookmark folder over the content view should replace tabs, rather than append (just like dragging over the tab). Patch by Chris Lawson, r=Julian Pellico.
