4d678c71be Changed query in nsNavHistoryResultNode::Rebuild() to be a full query bound 
by id instead of URL.
Changed QueriesToQueryString() and QueryStringToQueries() to make the query
string a place: url.

5f7978ffaa Implemented removeAnnotation()

946740ab69 Fixes "open links in tabs" attempting to open folders. 
Fixes open commands sometimes being disabled because they're not up to date
with the activeView
Work on fixing pasting of folders.
