ac7983253c Bug#12729 Modified SinkContext::DemoteContainer to cache the child's mForm before 
Removing it. After removing it the child's mForm is reset to the cached value.

deb1bb177e The HTML Content sink now generates content IDs for each of the content objects it creates. The IDs start at NS_CONTENT_ID_COUNTER_BASE, defined in nsIContentSink.h, and increase monotonically as content objects get created.

131d318ad4 Revise the doc encoder and content sink APIs yet again to make it easier 
to add new flags (pass a flag in the constructor, rather than specific
booleans.  This in order to fix:
11249: Add flag to write only the body in html output.

a878369d02 Restructure the editor output routines to allow passing in 
a mime type and a flag argument.  Also fix the following bugs:
9746: get rid of bogus empty <style> in head.
8143: save wrap column in editor shell in case it's set before the
      editor is created.
9470, 9488: allow explicit specification of formatted output.

4ca0fbcc9c Partial fix for bug 5707. We now set the title of the image to "Image: width x height pixels", where width and height are the dimensions of the image being displayed. This title is set from nsImageDocument::EndLayout() a newly added method that gets called from nsImageListener::StopRequest().

8b1231e0ae Renamed OnStartBinding/OnStopBinding to OnStartRequest/OnStopRequest (removing the redundant ones from necko). Numerous necko fixes. Necko now using nsIPrompt interface instead of nsINetSupport.
