52084caad8 Change to how overflow is handled for absolutely positioned elements. 
We no longer use nsIAraeFrame and now it's folded into the overflow
area in the reflow metrics

88c4d96e2c Folded reflow functions into nsIFrame and eliminated nsIFrameReflow and 
nsIHTMLReflow. This saves 4 bytes per frame and cleans things up

cb24b1f1fe Fixed it to so the root-frame isn't considered a containing block, and 
changed SetRect() so it only resizes the child frame larger if its 'height'
is set to 'auto'
