b5347dd60c Change all callers of nsIPresContext::GetShell() to use the non-refcounting versions. Most callers now use PresShell(), a few that were checking for null conditions are using GetPresShell() -- this will be remedied once we can ensure that a prescontext never has a null pres shell. 6b34cca104 Bug 165149. Make children of a scrolled element inherit style directly from the element instead of via the scrolled frames. Add a new view property to indicate that the view is painted on a uniform background and use it to optimize scrolling, so that a scrolled element with a uniform background color can still be scrolled using bitblits. r+sr=dbaron

c44337949a Remove nsIStyleContext (bug 114713), r/sr=dbaron. Changed lots of methods to use nsStyleContext* or already_AddRefed<nsStyleContext> as return values, depending on whether a reference is returned. Turn on nsRefPtr (bug 104346), and change nsDerivedSafe to not declare AddRef and Release explicitly virtual, r=jag, sr=dbaron.

45a8f7c62d Bug 164625. Native regions on Linux (and probably some other platforms) are limited to 16bit signed coordinates, so we have to use our own region implementation to manipulate regions in twips space. Using our own regions should also improve performance. r=kmcclusk,sr=kin
