3e62b3f9f3 Changes to parser to allow less copying. Use of the new nsSliding[Sub]String classes so that tokens can hold substrings that keep references into the scanner buffer. Cleaned up token interface and general string usage. r=harishd,heikki sr=jst

17e33bbc26 Checking in for bug 50742, this change removes the use of XIF in mozilla and replaces the XIF converter with a HTML (and XML) serializer. 
Contextual information added to HTML copy and intelligence added to HTML paste in the editor (fixes bugs 47014, 50568 and 46554, and partly (at least) fixes bug 53188).

Code written by vidur, jfrancis, jst, akkana. Tested by jfrancis, akkana, vidur, jst, kin. Reviwed (and super reviewed) by waterson, vidur, kin, jfrancis, jst

5c0f116111 Ok, how many times to we have to go over this? If you want to link a static archive into a shared library, YOU MUST USE the SHARED_LIBRARY_LIBS variable! Hopefully, this will put an end to the problems of orange builds because htmlpars is all of a sudden "missing" a symbol.

30b1f0a71b Converted parser into a module. NS_NewFoo routines are temporarily inlined to call component manager. Introduced nsIParserService for temporary replacement of nsHTMLTags and nsHTMLEntities static methods. RickG to do complete review.

0bae64df6e on HP... libraptorhtmlpars.sl HAS to be linked with aCC so we will 
special case it until we can get all of seamonkey to link with aCC
(currently libgfx_gtk.sl won't link with aCC)

233f49736d Dont link in the parser into the app. Link it in dynamically where needed. 
This makes the link depenencies on unix be more like windows.  Makes it
easier to track dependency problems and simplifies makefiles.

8b1319e1ac Comment out the GARBAGE entry for generated files. 
nsHTMLTags.h nsHTMLTags.cpp nsHTMLEntities.cpp were being treated as
GARBAGE since they are generated.  But, they are also checked in to the
repository, which breaks clobber builds.

9e90a70671 Add --enable-debug=module1,module2 to selective turn on debugging. 
Remove --enable-dom, because Mariner is dead (sob).
Rename some MODULE= lines to make the afore-mentioned --enable-debug
technique actually useful.  Feel free to recategorize.
Fix libraptorhtml.so link bogosity by disabling shared lib generation for the
sub-archives (libraptor*_s.a), so that we can put bin before lib in the
library path and still get the right effect.  We could disable static-lib
generation in most other places and cut the build time down a fair bit, too.
