7f490d3aac Bug 261064. Compute static absolute positions more accurately. Also, ensure that static absolutely positioned frames are moved when their placeholders move. 6278746fdf Phase 1 of style context deCOMtamination (bug 114713). Remove all dependencies on nsIStyleContext from outside of content and layout. Make nsIFrame::GetStyleData be a non-inline virtual function when called from outside of layout, since the nsStyleContext implementation won't be available to those callers. r=dbaron, sr=bzbarsky.

43c613727c Bug 55086. Change nsContainerFrame::PositionFrameView() to position child views. Eliminate the |aView| parameter from that method, because the view can be retrieved from the frame and need not be done by the caller.
