67d7d4d57f Not Part of Build... PHOTON ONLY 
Changed photon widget to be a component like gtk.
Had to comment out some printing support in GFK because of Photon library bugs.

024196edbe Bring WidgetFactory up to date with GTK version and fix nsWindow to 
always put the pop-up menus on the right virtual console.

1c01a7c9db Re-worked nsAppShell to more closely correspond to the GTK version of 
nsAppShell. This caused me to have to move the PtInit call to nsToolkit,
the PtModalStart/PtModalEnd to nsWindow and the creation of the PhWidLog
to nsWidgetFactory. This is the PHOTON UI only.

f0e8e1313c Comment out the stupid native menus to cut down on the daily saari carnage. 
How ironic that changes to fix the one platform that uses native menus
breaks a bunch of others that dont...
