Incremental changes. Reorganized code; implemented more factored methods. Moved string owner from fragment to iterator. Renamed the |const| version of |GetFragment| to |GetConstFragment| so we didn't mix overloading with overriding; eliminating need for some uses of |using| ... may want to do the same thing with |Begin| and |End|.
