d04966eba7 bug 422537 use a storage stream instead of a pipe as the upload stream when 
send()ing a document, to follow the expectations of nsIUploadChannel which
wants a seekable stream.

434a951333 Add a way to extract the charset and the position of the charset parameter from 
a content-type header.  Use this in XMLHttpRequest to not clobber the
non-charset parameters and not clobber the charset if it's already what we'll
set, up to case.  Apparently some broken servers are case-sensitive when
looking at charsets!  Bug 393968 (wherein the patch lies) and bug 397234,

3811c88532 Use the principal doing the load to decide on the URI to pass to content 
policies.  This will help do the right thing for data:/javascript:/about:blank,
as well as allow us to skip content policies altogether if the caller is
