1a72e95485 324948 - should not be able to do edit operations on immutable containers (delete, paste, cut). Make sure we check if a container has readonly children, or the folder itself (if it is a bookmark folder) is readonly before enabling commands for cut, copy and paste. Also assert that activeView is non-null, for safety. r=annie.sullivan@gmail.com

a30ff8ec99 no bug : follow up to the check-in for bug 250255 (version 1.29.4.3) which resulted in a few *unintended* differences in 'whitespace' from the trunk. Just in case, I'm sync'ing it with the trunk.

724baf7b52 Bugzilla Bug 317620: landed NSS 3.11 on the MOZILLA_1_8_BRANCH. The 
checkin to mozilla/security/manager/Makefile.in also contains the fix
for bug 288647 to allow building NSS with system nspr. a=kengert for
branch-1.8.1.
