6b37eaf6ef Bug 83065: Fix file corruption uploading to PHP driven sites by turning of Content-Transfer-Encoding header by default (can be enabled by a pref), and fix security hole by not sending full file path when uploading file. Some sites were also assuming that UN*X browsers would not send the full path (as Navigator 4.x did not) so this fixes them. f82c3cdbe0 Reinstating the partial fix for bug 66938, the wiretap exploit, which was blown away by the XPCDOM landing. These capability prefs should prevent scripts in mail messages from reading any plaintext content in the message. r=jst,pollman, sr=mscott.
