fad6de242d UI for software update needs to be revised - several CSS and window open flag fixes for various aspects of software update UI (menu, preferences, wizard) to make it look better on OS X. Not quite done yet. r=darin

69dc3ea41b Bug 299742. Blocks that contain lines with clearance need not reflow those lines if there are no floats in the space manager yet and no lines need to be reflowed otherwise.

5db350c4cb WinCE only. remove snav.dll -- it is statically build. reorder minimo-link-names to make diffing being generated one easier. Added GetScreenSize so that we can calculate the screensize when opening a new window. NPODB.

%%HiResBoundingBox takes floating point arguments, but is a DSC extension.
Output both so postscript readers that accept the extension can use it, and those that don't have valid output.
