96a96a8041 Cleaned up some of the platform-specific ifdef's. Using HAVE_INT16_T, HAVE_INT32_T, and HAVE_UINT16_T now.

79654fb86d Removing static makefiles as a part of the transition to Autoconf. I have taken great 
care to only remove makefiles affailiated with building nglayout. I have also verified that
the build at this point in time succesfully builds with autoconf.

If you must recover one of these makefiles, you can use the static tag STATIC_MAKEFILES.
If I removed a makefile that you need, please e-mail cyeh@netscape.com.

4d9c882b95 Add support for DGUX. These are simple #ifdefs that dont affect any other 
platforms.  Thanks to fraioli@dg-rtp.dg.com (Marc J. Fraioli) for providing
