b9a3349d72 don't clear folders from the undo queue on dealloc because if we get to 
dealloc, it's no longer in the undo queue (duh!) and this causes re-entrancy
crashes on quit (bug 229661)

d9de9ea83b Bugzilla bug 237183: adds an exception handler for every NSPR thread that 
is created.  It also exports two functions to set and unset the exception
handler function so they can be used by the primordial thread.  The patch
is contributed by Javier Pedemonte <pedemont@us.ibm.com>. r=wtc.

4b504bdae3 Move the check that the installer directory was created from browser/installer/Makefile to post-mozilla-rel.pl. This way, we're sure the installer directory will exist when post-mozilla-rel tries to make the dated staging directory under it.
