then tagged (without -b) to MOZILLA_1_8_BRANCH. I removed tag, updated
my MOZILLA_1_8_BRANCH checkout, copied the new file into place, then added
the file back to the checkout, effectively adding it back to the branch as
expected. Original patch was r=mconnor, a=mscott. This fix is
a=chase@mozilla.org.
