6069428d8f Bug 348981: Crash toggling designMode. 
This reverts the patch from bug 347200 and instead fixes that problem a
different way to avoid exposing crashes.

Enable nsDirectoryViewer to build, this is enables geckos to work around bug 347782
Don't build nsHTTPIndex at all.

1510aacc39 Push up GetPrincipal to nsINode (as GetNodePrincipal). This way all nsINodes 
(content, documents, attr nodes) can return their principal as needed.
