08e9d026e0 Fixing bug 124412. Making nsXULDocument inherit nsXMLDocument to avoid the need to duplicate a large amount of code in nsXULDocument. Also removing nsMarkupDocument and nsIDOMEventCapturer that are no longer needed. Changing the inheritance of nsIDOMXULDocument to avoid ~60 or so forwarding methods, and doing a *lot* of code cleanup. r=bugmail@sicking.cc, sr=peterv@netscape.com

ef2945de71 Fix for bug 117954. Auto-close springloaded folders except the destination 
folder.

- added a value array to store indexes of rows, currently only used for auto
closing of spring loaded folders
- added several tree related settings to nsILookAndFeel service
- made all timers use this service

829c76ee45 when cmd-option is down in the content area, change cursor to hand and 
drag-scroll on click. handles vert and horiz scrolling like the finder.

cc4151498a fix for #121122 (nsIFilePicker should allow picking multiple files) and #43015 (Cannot add multiple attachment in Attach File dialog).
