4e2bfe0308 Propagate the principal responsible an image load all the way to 
CanLoadImage/LoadImage in nsContentUtils, and use it for security checks

d2d337437c Introduce a GetPrimaryShell() API on nsIDocument. Convert existing callers of

- Make object frames have no children
  - Make the frame constructor construct a subdocumentframe, object frame or
    image frame as appropriate
- start the load of <applet>, <embed> and <object> in content code
- fallback to alternate rendering correctly

NOTE: This checkin will break the plugin finder. This will be fixed soon.

f14f7e0cb1 If our image was previously blocked and we're asked to maybe reload it, don't 
check whether the URI changed; just try loading (since this time we may not be

e1daca3ce3 Reduce do_GetService code bloat further by adding specialized assignment to nsCOMPtr and providing a version with no error pointer. Also make CallGetService work the same way as CallGetComponent does, as far as using frozen/non-frozen interface to service manager. Bug 264456, r=darin.
