47f205f65f new reflow/layout code for outer table to handle captions and margins. better % height handling. 
row groups and rows don't include external cellspacing in there dimensions. r=troy.

52084caad8 Change to how overflow is handled for absolutely positioned elements. 
We no longer use nsIAraeFrame and now it's folded into the overflow
area in the reflow metrics

88c4d96e2c Folded reflow functions into nsIFrame and eliminated nsIFrameReflow and 
nsIHTMLReflow. This saves 4 bytes per frame and cleans things up

6b27e8cd0c Fix for bug #10395. Now we recalculate margins when we use the minimum or 
maximum value for the computed width/height. This applies to positioned
