c3e3eda0f8 Add a scriptable hash function API. basically what this does is moves the hashing function out of the nsISignatureVerifier.idl and creates a new interface nsICryptoHash which is scriptable. Because of this change, we needed to fix up all of the call sites. r=darin, sr=dveditz, a=shaver

07bb7fd881 Bug #262018 --> Unable to create local folders that contain semicolons or # characters. Messages in these local 
folders never load.

Make our folder hash routine smart enough to hash folder names that contain these characters.

dc7e857400 bug 100649: Length() being used where IsEmpty() is meant 
treewide changes to convert incorrect usages of string.Length() to string.IsEmpty().

nsLocalFile::Remove's file pointer is sometimes null afte...
This fixes a crash when we dereference null.  It is a bandaide fix as the real problems involves retooling the directory enumerator.

This fixes a terrible state which you can get into whereby XPCOM will fail to startup regardless of what you do.  The fix is to cause autoreg to happen if the component registry (compreg.dat) is not found.

f5e667b202 121926 r=bienvenu sr=mscott. Fixing a bug where mailnews doesn't ask for password if the passwordManager has 
wrong password. The problem was walletService wasn't getting created so we were never clearing bad password.
