e1f35f461f Initial check-in of v2 code -- copied verbatim, merged with tpl files. 
Also checking in lars' migration.py script, which is a CLI tool to transfer db contents from the old db to the new one.

38ba97d249 Backing out fallback patch, making the build data structure patch standalone. We are doing this so we can resolve bug 342797 and push it before the fallback patch in bug 344742. We are stalling on bug 344742 because we don't have verification tests for that completed yet.

b09b81cbc3 Added JST's change to AMO v1 page, and fixed all indentation so the flow of the ridiculously huge and embarrassing if-else statement is easier to follow (it's still horrible, but better). 
Fixed VideoEgg problem that was caused by improper nesting of conditional statements... :\
