the comments pages are now aware of question sets. It works right now, but it's not
...
done. I'd like to eliminate a "group by" statement in the comment query that is
doubling the time.

- Fixed a sort order issue if the ID's in the database weren't in the correct order
...
- Added "pseudo-google-style" page numbers so there weren't hundreds of links on
every page
