9eeba6dafc bug 232011 - Use the XUL preprocessor for build-time inserting of localeVersion strings, this removes contents*.rdf.in files and resurrects the contents*.rdf files, using preprocessor.pl via the jar.mn definitions

4c758cd7b1 - Removing modern theme versions of the XBL form controls 
- Moving classic theme versions of the controls into forms.jar, so we don't rely on classic.jar
- Updating xpinstall packages to reflect this

af01c27e5a Bug 128408 - XBL select widgets crash in embedding apps. Fixing the 
select binding to load synchronously as it was intended to, and removing
usage of the outlinercols binding to ensure that the OutlinerColFrame is
constructed before the OutlinerBodyFrame.  r=varga, sr=shaver, a=roc.
