552cee13d6 Fix for Bug#129964 
regxpcom fails due to app_server interaction

regxpcom and the other utility functions to not create a BApplication.  The beos widget component was creating some static BCursors that were invoked when trying to be loaded by regxpcom, which caused it to fail.  The cursors are now created dynamically.

b2e5c45110 Fix bug #72313. Focus problems on linux. This adds a flag to nsIWidget::SetFocus() that says to raise the window. We only raise the window from one place, window.focus(). This builds and runs on at least linux and the mac. r=jst,brendan,hyatt a=leaf

246547ceed BeOS specific tweaks to allow the browser to compile. 
Fixed configure.in to properly set developer specific debug flag under BeOS.
Added UNIX_CRASH_ON_ASSERT ifdef to stop BeOS from bring up debugger on non-abort assertions.

f3b5165529 Clean up BeOS timers. Among other things there now is a single thread to do 
the job. Also I now cache the references to the native GUI queue, burning
fewer CPU cycles. Thanks to Attila Lendvai <101@inf.bme.hu> for contributions
and ideas.
