dda6ff3c99 Bug 348748 - Replace all instances of NS_STATIC_CAST and friends with C++ casts (and simultaneously bitrot nearly every patch in existence). r=bsmedberg on the script that did this. Tune in next time for Macro Wars: Episode II: Attack on the LL_* Macros.

1510aacc39 Push up GetPrincipal to nsINode (as GetNodePrincipal). This way all nsINodes 
(content, documents, attr nodes) can return their principal as needed.

245c15a8a9 bug 305243 set an XML content-type hint on XMLHttpRequest channels, to always 
parse local files as XML.
Also, make TestXMLExtras convert non-ASCII bytes to UTF-16 correctly.
