including nsBrowserInstance impl. disabling bad cert dialogs on windows. making the win32 build work. adding code that will notify registered observers when during a network load. hiding the SIP button. Workaround SSR / Site SSR confusion.

1) makes linux compile (but still doesnt run)
2) uses the generic factory approach to create standard component overrides.
3) implemented fullscreen interface for window ce.

Moving (without cvs history) of Minimo to mozilla/minimo. CVS history, if required, can be found in mozilla/embedding/minimo/. Creation of top level directory approved by brendan. MINIMO isn't part of default build
