51b17b5bf0 Bug 88413: Remove |GetUnicode()| from nsString (and replace it with |get()|). r=dbaron, rs=scc. 
This removes all call-sites I can currently fix. Tomorrow I'll try to get someone to checkin my changes to security/ and I'll get some help with the Netscape side of things.

nsString::GetUnicode()'s final death-blow will be dealt soon. Please keep this in mind as you add new code :-)

bug 80237 - "destination directory" title is gone...
bug 77244 - Installers need to create Win32 Reg. key schema that Gecko Embedding browsers can follow
bug 78318 - crash with installer if you go back to change the directory selected
bug 56538 - Installer fails with error 5 installing on my Win2K box
bug 68053 - Win32 installer needs to log the installation process.
bug 81081 - Xpinstall dialog in the win32 installer requires touch up

7f30e74836 added bit field in nsInstallFile for Windows Shared File and Do No Uninstall. 
added support in fileop for registering ole server files.

changed the way logging is done in install.log to write to the log file *before* the attempt to complete() the file installation process.  This helps with debugging because is shows what file the installation probably stopped on.

c192307dcf overloaded the abortInstall() function for the Install object to take a 
numerical parameter.  It now allows the script writer to specify
an abort value, instead of the default one.

a9a91fcc7c fixing bugs #16935 and #11581. r=dvedtiz. 
The first fix reverses the way xpinstall aborts/cleans up itself.  The
correct way is to undo the commands it ran in backwards order.

The second fixes problem with a install.js script not having called
finalizeInstall() yet still installing files.
