3ddbb4e537 Reverted to having a cannonical namespace for schema and SOAP builtin types rather than maintaining two sets of each. For arrays with unspecified xsi:arrayType, the dimension is now 0.

3797794f71 Sharing of builtin types across loaders. Complex types now know when they are array and expose their array type and dimension. This is not part of the default build.

1a01d022e7 Remove dependency on nsIClassInfo.h from nsISupports.h (bug 330420). This adds a new nsIClassInfoImpl.h file which can be included to get the CI implementation macros. Also, removes unneeded inclusion of nsIProgrammingLanguage.h from nsIClassInfo.h. r=darin.
