Enable nsDirectoryViewer to build, this is enables geckos to work around bug 347782
Don't build nsHTTPIndex at all.

5b68e2fe72 Followup to bug 339127: Only sync the editor on attribute changes that 
have aNotify true.  When aNotify is false, there shouldn't be an editor
to sync, so this should save a little time.
