4045b60295 bug 272702: Remove skipped content. This simplifies the code handling <script>, <style> and related tags and makes the nsIHTMLContentSink interface just that much easier to implement. This also allows <object> tags to appear in the head with children. r=sicking sr=jst

fac8d7631b - Bug 243040: Re-escape attribute values which Gecko unescaped for us. Not doing this allowed to insert arbitary unchecked HTML into the result. 
- JS quotes in attribute values are now probably possible (but JS still usually disabled by allowed attribute prefs and javascript: URL blocker)
- removed base64 blocker which is probably pointless
- comment and debug changes
- little code style cleanup

2affc5b4f0 Fixing bug 225837. DeCOMtaminating nsIContent more, making GetTag() return a weak raw pointer, and renaming GetTag() to Tag(), and making GetRangeList() return an const nsVoidArray*, and changing GetContentID() to return the id, and renaming it to ContentID(). r=jonas@sicking.cc, sr=bryner@brianryner.com.

71e5d724e5 fix for bug 209220 - now that i18n APIs take ASCII charset names, update consumers to avoid excess conversions.. which usually means storing charset names as ASCII and updating a few other APIs

1c89787dc0 fix for bug 206379: 
- combine nsICharsetConverterManager2 and nsICharsetConverterManager
- get rid of nsIAtom in most of the methods
- provide versions of getUnicodeDecoder/Encoder which don't do alias resolution
- change all charset types to ASCII strings
- clean up some other i18n APIs which could be simplified
- fix all consumers of all changed i18n interfaces

New HTML message body options for Mailnews
Provide a work around / fix for some of the security and usability problems that HTML mails currently impose, by not rendering everything the sender throws at the user.

This class removes every HTML tag/attribute that is not explicitly allowed from the source.
