7762bef97e Changed the order of the commands for the bookmarks context menu items. Also renamed separator to bm_separator in bookmarksOverlay.js to match the bookmarks.xml code and made the two consistent in their list of available commands for certain bookmark types (in particular IE bookmarks). b=102340, r=doron, sr=blake. The changes in this patch are covered by the NPL 1.1/GPL 2.0/LGPL 2.1 licenses.

769b310b4e Bug 116748: pref doesn't affect anything: scripts and windows - change status bar text. Or more accurately, the pref affected window.status, but not window.defaultStatus capabilities. 9c84d46002 XUL/theme simplification changes - removing unnecessary boxes and re-writing large portions of the themes to use new -moz-border-colors and -moz-image-region css features. Also cleans up the classic skin quite a bit for both mac and win. c01e94cad7 nsIComponentManager API Changes (bug 98553) 
a) create a new nsIComponentManager with only four functions on it:
CreateInstance CreateInstanceByContractID GetClassInfo GetClassInfoByContractID.

b) rename the old nsIComponentManager to nsIComponentManagerObsolete.

c) fixes callers which use to access the nsIComponentManager for component
registration functionality.  These callers will temporary use the
nsIComponentManagerObsolete interface.

d) Create a new API NS_GetComponentManager() which mirrors the
NS_GetServiceManager()

e) Perserves the old NS_GetGlobalComponentManager().  Note the cast usage.
