9c84d46002 XUL/theme simplification changes - removing unnecessary boxes and re-writing large portions of the themes to use new -moz-border-colors and -moz-image-region css features. Also cleans up the classic skin quite a bit for both mac and win. 706c8349a1 fix for #105126. define a default height for the thread pane when using the 
normal 3 pane layout.  without a default, the splitter between the thread pane and the
message pane jumps when we switch folders, which looks bad and causes a repaint,
which is bad for folder loading performance.  r=cavin, sr=bienvenu
