f54a32de83 ifdef includes and inline function that requires MOZILLA_INTERNAL_API, so that this header can be pulled in from a standalone extension (bug 334870). r+b181=darin.

054912c09e bug 1156 
- Make object frames have no children
  - Make the frame constructor construct a subdocumentframe, object frame or
    image frame as appropriate
- start the load of <applet>, <embed> and <object> in content code
- fallback to alternate rendering correctly

NOTE: This checkin will break the plugin finder. This will be fixed soon.
