c0d8bd352a bug 395581 release and null out mTransaction when its Init method failed so 
that we don't try to do anything with this half-initialized object, in
particular call Close on it.

e5742ccb64 Bug 416175. Don't leak nsHttpConnectionInfo in nsHttpConnectionMgr::AddTransactionToPipeline. Also instruments nsHttpConnectionInfo so we can easily find more leaks of that object in future. r+sr=bzbarsky
