ebcb5ad836 18163 "Use of fixed positioning in style sheet corrupts display". Don't create empty widgets for fixed positioned elements in order to avoid problems in the View Manager (GetDrawingSurface) where we end up copying uninitialized bitmaps to the screen. The main reason for fixing the bug here instead of within the View Manager is that we'll get rid of widgets altogether over time.

98eca67db2 Removed code in CreateViewForFrame() that always forced relatively positioned 
and absolutely positioned frames to have transparent views. It's not needed
now that bug #11637 is fixed

b924e4baa8 Changed CreatePlaceholderFrame() to use a pseudo element style context 
(:PLACEHOLDER-FRAME) for the placeholder frame. This way it looks like an
inline static frame with a specified size of (0, 0)

cb9f7f7608 Changed CreateViewForFrame() to check whether the parent view is a scrolling 
view and if so use SetScrolledView() instead of the view manager's InsertChild().
This ensures that the scrolled frame's view is inserted as a child of the clip
view during the view initialization stage
