6d0a30f8ed Camino tinderbox mozconfig changes: 
- Disable prebinding on ppc now that we require 10.4 everywhere.
   Prebinding was already off for i386.
 - Use -gfull for debugging symbols.
 - Stop using obsolete --enable-shared, --disable-shared, --disble-static
