4c36ab7089 Reinstating backed-out fix to 18636; move FileLocator registration call from xpfe/bootstrap/nsSetupRegistry to webshell/tests/viewer/nsSetupRegistry, to make sure that the FileLocator service is available to the viewer. This fixes prefs for the viewer, broken before because they couldn't get at FileLocator. 
FileLocator is still registered in xpfe, as the first nsSetupRegistry #includes the second.  Hence the previous bustage.

06560d83f0 Class nsprPath has been renamed to nsNSPRPath; straggler references were being converted with a typedef, this was confusing Solaris, so I'm converting all nsprPath references to the new name, hope that's Ok.

6f43263bc7 jsdom.dll doesn't like the reordering of registrations. Revering the order of registrations back to what it was except for letting nsIFileLocator go before autoregistraion, since it depends on IFileLocator.

932a5d0716 AppCores is no longer in the "Components" directory as it no longer auto-registers, so modify Setup_Registry() to register RDF AppCore at startup.
