Added the get(int) method, for accessing via index. It's not recommended using
this method unless on very small lists. This will help save on overhead so we don't have to create an iterator on lists with only a couple elements.

4ebb6cce15 initial checkin. StringComparator is a virtual class used for doing String 
comparisons. DefaultStringComparator is the default implementation of
StringComparator. Map.h/cpp is a simple HashMap implementation for TxObjects.

2e98926eda Changed toChar to toCharArray in String and MozillaString. Also provided is a 
version of the function which creates its own char* buffer.  These classes are
part of TransforMIIX and are not part of the automatic build process for the
rest of Mozilla.

55fddff551 Fixed a bug in String::indexOf(const String& data, Int32 offset) where there
