b7194a0ea8 Replace the BodyFixupRule with code in nsCSSRendering to fix all the problems with dynamic style changes and backgrounds on the root element and the BODY element. Change the way the HTMLDocumentColorRule (for the table color quirk) is initialized since it used to depend on the BodyFixupRule. b=116161 (also fixes other bugs) r=attinasi sr=hyatt

ee486fee11 Fix BiDi regression from style system landing by correcting implementation of 'unicode-bidi' to be a non-inherited property, correctly mapping attributes to it, splitting text frames with both strong RTL and LTR characters, and stripping BiDi control characters. 8352fc6523 33710 "background-color: inherit doesn't work correctly". Split the NS_STYLE_BG_PROPOGATED flag into 2 flags: NS_STYLE_BG_PROPAGATED_TO_PARENT and NS_STYLE_BG_PROPAGATED_FROM_CHILD. MapDeclarationColorInto() fetches the color from the grand-parent if PROPAGATED_TO_PARENT is set.

83118f458a Fixed MAP elements to conform to HTML 4.0. Hooked up attribute changes for MAP, AREA and ANCHOR elements. Added RECONSTRUCT_ALL as a style hint for attribute changes. Modified nsCSSFrameConstructor's ReconstructFrame to only reconstruct the document element hierarchy.
