22161b7197 Added nsIZipReaderCache. Removed nsIZipReader::ParseManifest. Got jar: protocol going for downloaded jars and input streams. Added assertions that Cancel is called with a failure code.

9fa657f1cd Necko API changes: primarily nsIChannel, changing initialization parameters to accessors. Got javascript: evaluation to happen at the right time (when AsyncRead is called) as well as on the right thread.

152b822223 20956. r=rpotts. necko no longer assumes any MIME type. we send out application/x-unknown-content-type internal MIME type if we don't *know* what the type is. It's now truly up to the app to figure out what to do

dfe61b8c0c Bug #0000 (no bug number necessary). remove old STREAM_CONVERTER_HACK #ifdef code because we no longer need this. 
This was the hack we used before we had a stream converter service to load rfc822 data into a webshell and get it
converted to html.
