aa0e62234f Patch by msrex@suse.de -- don't send mail to the same address more

5757dcaf2f Make nospam comparison case insensitive, since BugZilla keeps the 
case of the login, which might differ from the case in the database.

be9c24d186 "nospam" feature. BugZilla will no longer email the person submitting 
the change (after all, they are right there viewing things interactively).
To make this clear to everyone, print out the exact email list as each
bug is processed.

22b2ffcef5 Ignore blanks when doing diff. In particular, this helps hide any 
problems we may have with differing end-of-line characters.
